As we step into November, there’s a sense of fresh possibility in the air that beautiful

moment when you realise you get to begin again.

This month, we’re inviting you to join us for something close to our hearts: Challenge

Yourself: 25 Days to BE GREAT a free wellness and mindset experience designed to

help you reset your energy, refocus your mind, and give back to a cause that truly

matters — Children in Need.

Because when women grow, they don’t just change their own lives… they create ripples

that uplift everyone around them.

Why This Challenge Matters

If you’ve been feeling stretched, distracted, or simply ready to get back to you, this is

your invitation.

The BE GREAT Challenge is built around one powerful truth: small, consistent actions

can completely transform how you feel in your body, your mindset, and your life.

Each day for 25 days, you’ll take part in simple, practical habits designed to help you:

 Start your mornings with clarity and calm

 Boost your mood and motivation

 Feel more grateful and grounded

 Build routines that actually last — even on busy days

And while you’re doing this for yourself, you’ll also be doing it for others helping to raise

awareness and funds for Children in Need, supporting incredible projects that give
